Welcome to the Design Phase, the inaugural step in our Modular Building process. Here, your ideas begin their transformation into bespoke, tangible structures.
Our skilled design team is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and bringing them to life. Utilizing Revit, a state-of-the-art 3D design tool, they meticulously develop detailed floor plans and 3D models that exceed expectations in both functionality and style.

Phase 2 - Manufacturing
Step into Phase 2 of our Modular Building journey, where precision meets customization in the manufacturing process. Our expertly crafted modules, with potential dimensions up to 40ft by 12ft, are tailored to blend seamlessly with your chosen exterior and interior color schemes, ensuring each structure not only meets but enhances your aesthetic vision. We prioritize crucial factors such as insulation and fire safety, meticulously engineering each module to align with your specific safety and functional requirements. Internal Wall
Construction
Our internal walls prioritize functionality and safety. Built with 76x44mm C24 softwood studs at 400mm intervals, they ensure structural stability. These walls feature 12mm Multi-board on both sides, offering durability and acoustic insulation, along with a 30-minute fire rating. Further enhanced by 50mm rockwool insulation between studs, they guarantee thermal comfort and noise reduction.

Roof Construction
Our roofs are designed for longevity and reliability. With a core of PVC-coated 12.5mm plaster slab, they provide a 30-minute fire rating. Supported by 148x44 roof joists at 400mm intervals and 150mm earthwool insulation between joists, the roof maintains a comfortable interior climate. A vapor barrier enhances protection. Featuring 70mm PIR insulation on top of joists and 18mm WBP plywood, it ensures excellent thermal efficiency. Externally, it's sheeted with a one-piece Fatrafol FF810 membrane for durability. With a U value of 0.15 Wm²/K, the roof offers superior insulation and energy efficiency.

External Wall
Construction
Our external walls are both strong and visually appealing. They comprise 0.7mm HDG plastisol coated steel bonded to 9mm hardwood plywood, finished in Anthracite Trim Merlin. The 130x44mm C24 softwood studs, spaced at 600mm centers, provide the framework. Insulated with 130mm PIR insulation and a 15mm firecheck board, these walls boast up to a 1-hour fire rating where necessary. Achieving a U value of 0.21 Wm²/K, they offer excellent insulation.

Floor Construction
Our foundation is robust and thermally efficient with 225x44mm Softwood Joists spaced every 400mm. Insulated using 130mm PIR Insulation and reinforced with a 15mm firecheck board, it offers safety and comfort. The 18mm structural WBP plywood ensures durability and stability. With a low U value of 0.18 Wm²/K, our floors maintain an energy-efficient environment.

Phase 3 - Assembly
The assembly phase is where your vision transforms into a tangible structure. The process commences with the careful placement of foundation blocks, setting the groundwork for stability and precision.
The modular sections, meticulously crafted in Phase 2, are then seamlessly craned into position and joined together. Here, the expertise of our construction team shines as they ensure the sections align perfectly, forming a cohesive, single building unit. To enhance both durability and weather resistance, the sections are meticulously sealed both externally and internally, creating a robust enclosure that can withstand various conditions. Precision is the key as our team meticulously adds flashings, ensuring a secure and visually pleasing finish.

Our skilled team ensures flawless integration of electrical and data systems, essential for optimal connectivity and performance. Safety is paramount; hence, fire suppression systems are installed with precision. State-of-the-art air conditioning systems provide a comfortable atmosphere year-round, while sophisticated containment solutions organize and secure all installations.
Elegance meets functionality with suspended ceilings that enhance aesthetics and allow easy maintenance access. Floors and carpets are tailored to align with your design preferences and practical requirements. In multi-level structures, glass walls and meticulously installed stairs enhance the flow of natural light and ensure safety, respectively.
