Interior Finish
Walls Internally lined with 72.5mm painted plasterboard giving 30 minute fire rating. All windows are uPVC to spec, double glazed c/w fixed ventilation. Fully wired internally to a consumer unit with relevant breakers.
Exterior Finish
Walls are in one piece bonded sandwich construction, incorporating softwood framing 74mm & 45mm @l200mm centers. Insulated with lS0EPSHD polystyrene. Lined externally with 0.7mm plastisol coated HDG steel
Roof Structure
Sheeted internally with Vinyl faced 72.5mm plasterboard on roof joists at 400mm centers (30 min fire rated) to comply with British Standards 476/6/7. Sheeted externally with one piece Fatrofol FF870 membrane sheeting on 77mm exterior grade plywood. Insulated with 700mm Earthwool.
Floor Structure
Built with 78mm Structural WBP Plywood, 775mm x 44mm softwood headers &joists at 400mm intervals, & bridging every 7,220mm. Insulated using 50mm PIR Insulation. All timber is machine pressure impregnated with preservative, & the floor is covered with anti-slip mipolam throughout.
