Apex Roof Cabin Specification
Interior Finish
Walls Internally lined with 12.5mm painted plasterboard giving 30 minute fire rating. All windows are uPVC to spec, double glazed c/w fixed ventilation. Fully wired internally to a consumer unit with relevant breakers.
Exterior Finish
Walls are in one piece bonded sandwich construction, incorporating softwood framing 74mm & 45mm @1200mm centers. Insulated with lS0EPSHD polystyrene. Lined externally with 0.7mm plastisol coated HDG steel
Roof Structure
Constructed with PVC-coated 72.5mm plasterboard, offering a 30-minute fire rating. Roof joists measure 48x44 at 400mm centers, insulated with 100mm earthwool between them. The exterior is covered with 9mm WBP plywood and Pro Clad steel sheeting..
Floor Structure
Built with 18mm Structural WBP Plywood, 74mm x 44mm softwood headers &joists at 400mm intervals, & bridging every 1,220mm. Insulated using 50mm PIR Insulation. All timber is machine pressure impregnated with preservative, & the floor is covered with anti-slip mipolam throughout.
